"The staff was very helpful! We were so happy to be able to book this room at 9 pm for the very same night. The other hotel we had booked and checked-in had so many bugs in the bedroom (Indochine Premium Hotel). It was disgusting. This hotel was very clean, spacious, calm and the bed was comfortable. "

"My room was clean,there wasn't any water placed in my room,however on check out I was asked to pay for using 3 bottles of water that I didn't consume. However I didn't pay as I explained there wasnt any bottled water there. The staff except for Ruby are well below average. Ruby went Above and Beyond to ensure my transport and safety needs were maintained throughout my stay in Vietnam. The area outside the hotel is safe,walkable and lots of shopping and dinning options.
