Close to Paddington station, nice clean rooms and general area. Beds a bit dated and bathrooms are really tight still very clean. Plenty of choices healthy and favorites at breakfast. Water in the bathroom not being potable freaked my daughter out but there is a water filing station on the first floor. We were on 3rd floor, last set of stairs had an attic like feel. All in all enjoyed our short stay and breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were average, with clean beds and clean showers. We stayed here just for one night to be close to the Heathrow express to head back to the airport. No elevator. I didn't see that in the description as it was worded differently. The staff was very nice and tried to help us as one of our people was handicap and could not walk up that many flights. Let us keep the bulky items down in the lobby and gave us a room on the 1st floor.

Room was a bit on the small side for 3 adults, but was manageable for the 2 nights we stayed. Note that there is NO lift, so suitcases need to be carried up multiple flights of stairs. Also, you can hear and feel the underground, but it's not too loud or disruptive. Really good walkable location to Paddington Station, tube station, public bus stops and Hop-On, Hop-Off bus stops.
