"Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel is PERFECTLY located in terms of all the things you need to see in NYC (so handy to have Penn Station and the subway station literally a stone throw away from the hotel) - the room was clean and efficient although a small thing, i did struggle with the hot water (as in it was hard to get cooler water in the shower) Highly recommend "
