"This hotel is wonderful. The staff is always very polite and helpful. It is located in the historic district so it’s very busy. But it’s a great place to get out in the evening for a stroll and enjoy the sounds of Mexico City."

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
