"The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was comfortable. I choose this location because it the train station is basically attached to the hotel. You just go to the basement level and find what train you want to take and you’re off for your day. The staff are fabulous very accommodating, helpful my husband’s in a wheelchair. They help me with my luggage to my room. They forward my luggage to my next hotel. Everything was wonderful. And on the clear days, which we had, you can see Mount Fuji out the lobby window."
