"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "

"This place is centrally located next to a train/subway station which was great since we were using the train/subway multiple times to get around. Also it was next to several great restaurants that were within a 5 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious."

"I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller and it was great. It was about an hour long train journey from Haneda airport. A 2 minute walk to Hatagaya station and overall a convenient location for transit (~15 mins to Shinjuku Staion). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast consisted of toast, soup, coffee, and orange juice. But there were other options nearby (local cafe and a McDonald's 2 mins away). I would definitely recommend to others."
