"I had a wonderful night stay. The staff were very helpful and easygoing, addressing all my needs. I was pleasantly surprised with this airport hotel and would stay again. It is an easy walk to the terminal. The room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, had a large selection of fresh fruit among other things, and set up with great care. "This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure "

"Great location. Ironically the other negative I have was an interaction with another member in the shared laundry. Scolded foe transferring their laundry to the dryer from the washer after 20 min of waiting for that person to return to transfer themselves. Though the setting I placed at no heat and delicate tumble, the american woman scolded me with, "You NEVER move a woman's laundry to the dryer."
