Complete amenities,very convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price. l got kind support from the hotel staff. "Room was by far the most spacious on our trip. Probably one of my favourite hotel experiences anywhere. The Onsen was like a 5 star hotel, and the free drinks and snacks were of high quality. My only issue was that I could not register with the vending machine app because my country was not listed. Atami is a great base to explore hakone, Fuji. "
