It was clean. It was however dated. The carpet was looking tired. The door sliders stuck. The plumbing in the bathroom made strange noises whilst showering. The "

We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful and peaceful experience. The first day was a bit cloudy and we were not able to see the Mt. Fuji but the next morning we got a very privileged view of the mountain cloud free just from our room rest area. The food was amazing. The staff very kind and the onsen experience very unique. I highly recommend this place if you want to get a truly japanese atmosphere."
