I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers. In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. "Fantastic place with a great holiday vibe and really lovely staff. Only a couple of minor points: the electrical outlets were in poor condition, and although it was clear on Hotels.com that we would pay a resort fee, the final amount wasn’t mentioned at check-in or check-out—only that our deposit would be returned. It would have been nice to have the final figure confirmed. Otherwise, it was a lovely hotel and we’ll definitely be back in the future! Cannot beat those sunsets 😎"
