The breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of premium products, and a beautiful dining room with china. We highly recommend Hotel Bernini, it was the perfect hotel in a perfect location."

The only downside is beyond the control of the campsite and was the bus service into central Florence. Appalling service with infrequent and misleading times. "We loved the easy, independent check in process, which was fully explained by email. Location was also good for us as we don't like crowds and this is 20-30 mins walk from the main Florence attractions but very calm and quiet. There's plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, which the hosts give full details of. It's also a 3 minute walk from the T23 bus stop, which goes around the main town sites and the Firenze train station. Do watch out that your credit card actually registers on entry to the bus. A paper ticket is probably a safer option. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed, with large wardrobe and useful tea/ coffee making equipment. One downside was that our bathroom (Red room) was across a public hallway so privacy was a slight issue Breakfast was well presented with a decent choice and Gluten intolerance well catered for. Staff were friendly with a good level of English. Air conditioning was available in the room and very effective when used. . The bed linen was very clean and good quality. Although the area is quiet, the building is quite old and little sounds travelled easily. We would definitely come back again if we could have an ensuite bathroom."

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic. Lapo, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in making last minute arrangements for anything we needed. The entire staff from the porters, bar tenders, cleaning staff and managers were friendly and accommodating. The property was picturesque and absolutely stunning. We wish we would have stayed more days just to enjoy the property itself. If you're having an afternoon drink on the patio bar or enjoying a scrumptious evening meal in the restaurant you will not be disappointed."

"This was by far my favorite stay in Italy! I felt safe, the location was great, and the inside of the hotel was gorgeous. I especially appreciated that they gave me the specific room I requested. That was such a nice touch and made me feel like they really listened to my request. I absolutely loved the room—the decor, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, and all the little extra amenities. Everything felt very thoughtful, from the bathrobe, and slippers to the beautiful decor. Honestly, it’s hard to say what I didn’t like about this stay! Breakfast was great, with so many options. I especially loved the fresh juicing option. My only suggestion would be to have more than one person helping with the juicing because the wait could get pretty long. The location was also convenient. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. I loved all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Italy. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, and full of thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️"

"Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."
