"This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much difference. Then I spoke with the manager, Lilian, and she was absolutely wonderful! She's exactly the right person for this job. She knows how to deal with people and genuinely cares about her guests. Her attitude was basically, "I'll do everything I can to make you happy, and if I can't, I'll give you a refund." Believe it or not, that conversation probably helped me sleep better than moving to another room. Just knowing that someone truly cares about your comfort makes a huge difference. And honestly, it's because of her, and her alone, that I'm giving this hotel 5 stars across the board."

"We had family joining us from Louisiana and Michigan, for a wedding at Sterling Castle. The proximity was great. Everything was clean and well laid out. We didn’t have a pet with us. However the fenced in portion and doggy door were perfect. I had a couple minor questions for the host, the response time was wonderful. The kitchen is on the small side, but very well stocked. however it's a vacation. Didn’t want to spend all my time cooking. The coffee bar was wonderful."

"Hosts were amazing! Stayed there with friends for my daughter’s wedding nearby and they were fantastic to work with. Hope we can come back for some R&R! House is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. TV room was great after long days!"
