"Very attentive, helpful, and nice staff. They are able to help with whatever request you may have. The room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The private onsen as part of the room was the highlight. We had great views of the mountain and during sunset and sunrise it was just an unbelievable sight. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip"

The room layout was thoughtful, spacious, and designed for real relaxation. The food was amazing: healthy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The servers made a genuine effort to speak English, which was very much appreciated, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a huge help, especially since the walk up to the hotel is uphill. There’s also a bus stop within about 10 minutes, though the incline varies depending on where you’re headed. Overall, I have nothing but praise. I’d happily stay here again."

"Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out."
