"A nice and cozy room. The bathroom and shower was great. Loved the the whole kitchen and couch in the room. Reminded me a of a studio apartment with the two flat screen TV. The amenities were good, and overall a good experience."

"What you are really paying for at this hotel is the location. The rooms were clean, beds good, bathroom was good. Excellent elevators. The building is very old, but so is every building in this area of town. Convenient walk to museums, soldier field, pier. Would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located and accessible to every place we intended to visit either by walking or the L. Our room was on the second floor and we could hear all the noise from the street. It was noisy at night but it usually became quiet after 11pm or 12am. I loved the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. A big plus for us was also that they stored our luggage as we had a late return flight. The room wasn’t that clean upon arrival. It was a bit dusty. The room felt it had ample space to move around and enough storage for two adults and a child. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We staying at this property and the experience was incredible! The property, the food, the bar, the rooms everything was great!! It’s in a great location super close to the beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and things to do. The staff were always super helpful. I will just say the overall experience was absolutely worth it especially with is being our first time in Chicago. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again!!"

"Great place but not a value. There was a concert and two weddings happening on the day I was staying. It was very busy! Long elevator waits. Long waits for coffee. The lobby was so crowded all the time. I suppose these are the signs of a successful business? I never felt like a “guest” more like a consumer. One K lighter for two days and a meal. The cost of big city living put the squeeze on this country mouse."

"Have stayed here a few times now and always clean and convenient location to what I’m doing in Chicago. Parking is easy ($57 a day). Never have a problem with noise. Will stay again."
