"The property is conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg and easy access to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Room is spacious with plenty of storage space, and a table to eat. With most requests, such as extra towel and blanket, housekeeping delivered quickly. Staffs all very friendly, and check-in was also very quick. I somehow had a vision that Margaritaville is considered lower-end in the room decor, services and facility amenities, but I was wrong. I really think it is a higher-end caliber resort and would definitely come back again."

There are only 3 handicapped parking spots. Morning staff was more friendly, night staff was not rude, just less friendly. Overall a good stay and we'd likely stay there again. 4.5 stars"

"Our room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and functional also. The Staff was friendly and helpful. They were short staffed so things took a little longer. The room we had has been updated. Keep in mind the property is old so there are things that need updating, like baseboards, doors, balcony furniture, etc. Clean room and being able to park my car for the week and walk everywhere on the strip was the Best!!! We will stay there again in the spring."

"The parking lot is very tight, unless you go around the back, or the side of the building. The building could definitely use an update as the rooms, and property, were left in the 80s. If it's an overnight or a couple of days away, this place would work, in a pinch, but long term probably night. I mean it was quiet, around the area, but the property is starting to get run down. It is close to alot, but I'm sure for the price of a week ( plus paying extra for my pup, ( the other place, I just came back from was way cheaper and topped at 3 days+ $75), not and extra $75 ( or whatever it was) a day."
