"It was just a couple of days but the place was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. There was enough space for everyone to gather or be in their own area.The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions and I appreciated the flexibility with our schedule. This was a great first VRBO experience for me."

"House was secluded nicely in Waterville Estates. And it was only minutes away from Owl's Nest Golf & Resort.Immediately when entering house there was a musty smell. Not so prominent on second and third floors.None of us (6) could log in to wi-fi after several attempts using the username and password supplied. So we had no internet, no phone nor texting.Went to nearby Mad River Cafe (very good by the way) and used their wi-fi to contact owner. She asked me to use the same log ins with all caps, which I had already tried earlier with no success. Then she asked me to try only the first letter with cap. Now I'm thinking what if that doesn't work when we get back?When we got back we were able to log in on first attempt, so owner must had done something remotely to allow that to happen.Nice that house had supplied us with coffee pods and microwave popcorn.There were 3 bathrooms, but only 1 shower, which we knew when booked, but didn't realize what an inconvenience it would be for 6 people to get ready for an afternoon wedding at Owl's Nest.Also, on more than a few occasions there were black ants seen. Also, cobwebs about areas of house. Had difficulty with some windows opening and closing and a couple were not designed to open.Overall, just an okay stay, but location was good for us to get to wedding easily."

"A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse."

"Checkin went smooth. Wifi info was easy to find and we needed it. Verizon service was very little. We had plenty of kitchen items to cook dinner every night. The grill worked well too. We had campfires every night and the unit had so many games to play. Everyone had a good time."

"The house was perfect for what me and my family were looking for. There were enough beds for everyone, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating."

"We went to see the ice castles. It was 20 min away and also close to Waterville valley for tubbing. We have young kids who can’t use a lift so the walk up tubing was key for us. The house is 3 levels which worked out fine for us. The home was clean and well kept. We had a great long weekend stay. We would rent again. "
