"The rooms are nice and specious. Everything is clean. The location is very good, very close to downtown. What we did not like is that they did not do our room every day. "

"The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too. "
