"Desk staff were very friendly. I appreciated the map for getting to the hotel and reception's review of the Venice map for getting around. The location was great leaving me close to every place I wanted to be. The hotel was very clean. I had a little trouble with the A/C one night, for no apparent reason. When I reported it to the desk, they had me play with the settings - it worked even though I thought it shouldn't. I appreciated that I was able, upon their offer, to settle the city tax...

"The hotel was great for the location we ended up getting. My only complaint was that the shower was too small and the warm water was really not that much. Overall it was a great place. Staff was awesome to us and very helpful. If you don't mind showering with cold water in the middle of summer you will be fine here! "

"The area is not that great limited dining. As far as the hotel room that was given to us stunk of smoke, informed owner he kindly changed our room but to another property next door. Hotel has parking off site. Breakfast was terrible compared to our 30 days in Italy at numerous hotel stays. Would not return to the area. "

"We did get hit with a charge for our service dog when checking in. It seemed like it was a problem? The housekeeping staff loved our dog and were very nice. It's a rustic building for sure, but was nice."

"The hotel is on the main boulevard in Lido, close to the beach and close to the Lido's water bus station. it is absolutely convenient. We were worried if we could hear the street noise at night but it was very quiet as the room was at the back, away from the street. The bathroom was very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. "

"Fajne miejsce. Organizacyjnie kiepsko i drogo, bardzo drogo. Według strony podczas rezerwacji był tylko pokój z łazienką. Na miejscu okazało się że zajętych jest tylko 30% domków. Po dopłacie bez problemu znalazł się domek. Wyposażenie niekompletne. Za 685E, brak papieru toaletowego, mydła, płynu do mycia naczyń, patelni , kawiarki. Teoretycznie powinno być WiFi ale rwało się permanentnie i wyłączało. Obiekt z wielkim nie wykorzystanym potencjałem."
