"Very great place to stay as you are right next to many historic sites (Santa Maria Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower and more). Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and there is a fantastic view of the cathedral from the rooftop bar! Do note that this hotel is located on the 4th floor (there is an elevator, but it is quite narrow) and the beds were "meh." I would stay here again! "

We showed up early, and even though our room wouldn't be ready for a few hours, they took our bags so they were in our room when we came back at the normal check-in.time.
