"Mixed experience. Not a friend nor welcoming host. We had no hot water in our room. After the host tried to get the hot water going and failed, he did let us shower in a different room. Our beds and pillows were not comfortable. But he did let us park at the property before we could check in. "

We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat. The boat itself was freshly made up for our group, it was toasty warm with central heating and a log burner. 2 single sofa beds in the lounge were a great solution.
