"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended."

There is NO elevator, so could only take the small bag upstairs, worked out for me, but for others maybe will mean opening suitcase and repacking. "The building is not meant for foreigners. It has mold in the bathroom . I saw two rooms and they were the same . It is an old building and the furniture is old. Even the glas on the night stand was broken I had to put a mask on fir the few hours I was there trying to chat with Expedia. I am still feeling like I have dust in my throat and lungs but it could be psychosomatic. Maybe local can sleep there because the have a higher immune system but I would not recommend it for foreigners "
