"The floors were not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. The sheets and one towel that was given were threadbear from age. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The only positive is that the air conditioner worked well."

"We visited Mahahual for the first time, traveling from Cancun with a stop at Xel-Ha along the way. The property manager was very accommodating and arranged a smooth late check-in for us. My daughter absolutely loved the beach right in front of the hotel, and we also booked an amazing snorkeling tour. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we found a safe spot by the basketball court just behind the property. We stayed in a double room, which was comfortable and met our needs, with cozy beds for a good night’s rest."
