"We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in the heart of Venice and so close to dining, shopping and water transportation. We took a private water taxi from right outside the hotel to the airport, which was so convenient. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to get back to Venice one day to do more exploring! "

"Great location: close to train station and in a bustling tourist area. Woman at reception desk was extremely helpful and called to order a taxi for our very early morning departure. We left too early for the breakfast, so not sure how that was. "

"Clerk was rude, since they requested copy of Passport by email a couple of hours prior to checkin. I found it a bit odd and called aprox an hour before arrival to very. On phone conversation she indicated it was ok and that they had front desk checkin until midnight. Later received a message indicating the the room key would be at front desk, and checkin would be completed next morning. In the morning she was very rude questioning why I did not send my passport by email, althoug I explained...

"we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had regarding transport or nice local eating places. the hotel is located near the beach in a quiet residential area with easy access to the town centre by a frequent bus service and the local water-bus transport hub for the five minute ride into the centre of Venice. this hotel met and surpassed all our requirements and we will certainly return to this hotel and can fully recommend it."

"Very close to the train station and off the Main Street with plenty of dining options . The only thing I can say negative is they will only give you one key card. I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient. "
