"We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival at TIEC. It was a good value, especially compared to the on site options. It is a short distance to TIEC, but it is a drive, not a walk, which wasn't a problem. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the A/C worked well.
