Fantastic

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

Room was way too narrow..hard to squeeze between the end of the bed and the desk..very tight.

We stayed with kids a very nice and clean and convenient place. Staff is great. Food is decent just like what you expect from a breakfast they can probably add some more options but it was enough. The only one thing they should change is getting different shampoos and body washes a bit of a better quality but everything else is great We’ll definitely stay again.

It wasn’t near shopping or malls but it was extremely quiet and the service staff were attentive and polite.

The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This is a good hotel to stay the night. We were only there for a night, but it was comfortable and well taken care of.

Nicely maintained property with extensive parking located close to Williamsburg attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay

Our favorite place to stay when visiting our daughter at William and Mary.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and sweet. The breakfast was very nice and wholesome for the family. Close to most attractions and easy to walk to gifts stores. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was not having a refrigerator in our room.

Very friendly, welcoming at guest check in and also at check out. Room was clean, spacious, quiet. Bed was a little hard, but I slept through the night. Coffee maker, fridge, t.v., Everything in working order. We felt very safe and taken care of. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience! Except my room key was disabled at 8 o’clock in the morning so I could not get back in my room after I went to go get coffee !

I felt safe as single traveler. Nice spacious room, excellent pricing for historic area of Williamsburg. Pool stayed open late, breakfast/deliveries offered Not bad for 1-2 night time stay

The room floor was still damp from the cleaning when I arrived. I could see and smell the cleanliness. The check-in process was fast and easy, and I was given choices!! We needed supplies, and they were given instantly. It's in a great location and close to lots of things.

We were looking for a quiet place near Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and found it with this Inn. The multi-room suite with two rooms downstairs and a pullout couch upstairs was perfect for our family of five, but could have accommodated six family members pretty well too. The air conditioners upstairs and down allowed us to keep the temperature how we wanted, and having a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and table for four were also nice features, as was the comfortable...

Was amazingly clean !! In a nice quiet area, very safe and comfortable. GREAT for the price !! Not for hotel snobs, but wonderful for a place to rest your head. Only reason I didn't give the staff a 5 is because I got there late and there wasn't much interaction. Would stay again anytime !!! ☺️

Upon arrival I was told my reservation was not in their system, and was that they were having problems with Expedia over the last few months. Fortunately the desk employee, Conley, calmly called numerous numbers, and after about 45 minutes was able to perform a workaround to get our reservation in their system with the correct rates. Kudos to Conley. The lesson here is call to confirm your reservation even though Expedia's itinerary states you don't have to because it's confirmed.
