"Staff very friendly, nice hotel and amenities. Little bit of a walk to the main sights - about 20 mins to Rossio Square (up hill on way back to hotel!) Location is quiet and has local shops and cash machine close by."

"Pros: Very good position near the centre. Two bistros next door. One of the lowest prices in town for standard room + private bathroom. Simple check-in process. Cons: very old equipment + electrics, near to quite noisy crossroad, also from the hallway you can hear everything. Official check-in 4:30 p.m. In our case one bed was so squeaky… For low price you get low quality – so simple. Do not try to contact the hotel via messages – no response. The hotel has confusing info about the check-in process; they say there is no front desk.. There is (but not open 24/7). This was actually the best experience of this stay - the young lady at the front desk was very kind, nice, and allowed us to check-in about 4 p.m. but we could keep our luggage in the room even about a hour earlier. Thanks! "
