"Staff already knows the hotel is located on a busy street and it has plenty of empty rooms. Nevertheless, the staff gives you the room closest to the noisy street, while leaving back and quiet rooms empty. If you ask for another room the staff says is not possible as other rooms are already booked."

The service on the restaurant has room for improvement, but the food was very good. They have a shuttle to the airport which is a plus. The tv's are not smart type, so no streaming is available.
