"I booked and did not realize the distance from Liberia Airport (3hrs) but the drive was beautiful and honestly loved seeing the country. It is a hidden gem. Fantastic service, FOOD and DRINKS. Far better than I expected to be honest. Easy walk to the beach (like 3 minutes under the canopy of the jungle). The beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. I would def recommend. "The Hideaway Hotel is a wonderful place. My room was large and airy. A private patio looked out lush gardens. Breakfast overlooking the pool was great and plentiful with many choices- try the Típico it was really good. The staff were awesome and very polite and helpful. Nancy in particular was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is probably the best location in Nosara. It offers a nice, comfortable atmosphere with walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Alejandro at reception was kind and welcoming, adding to the pleasant experience. The relaxing pool and complimentary coffee were great perks. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, a perfect stay!"

"The property is located a 2 minute walk from the beach. Conveniently located to walk to restaurants and shops. None of the power outlets were working in our first room. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and immediately accommodated us in the room next door. This is an older hotel with very basic necessities. Overall hotel grounds need maintenance. Especially the pool area. The grass was overgrown underneath the lounge chairs. Personally, it wasn’t for us. Booked a two night stay and ended...
