"We enjoyed our stay at the Bob W Santa Croce for its nice room, good location and friendly staff. It is opposite to Piazzale Michelangelo across Arno River and offers a nice river view as well."

Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up.
Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area.
Great to have our own kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, but plenty of elbow room with a unique, stylish...

I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!

This hotel was AMAZING! I don’t know know why it doesn’t have more stars (is it because they don’t have room service?). We had an apartment and both rooms were very spacious, a kitchenette and one full bathroom. Decoration is totally chic abd in the center of Florence. Loved it. Wish they had more hotels like this one all over Europe and US.

Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious.

Lots of hot water.... comfy beds....oh and something special was, watching the mother pigeon with her baby after outside the bathroom window... convenientl location too.....

If you are questioning booking here, don’t! Book it. The restaurant across the street got a bit loud on the weekend night but close the shutters as it drowns out the noise. The apartment was huge for Italy. So clean and in a prefect location above the best Gelato shop. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Just beautiful and the owners were responsive when needed ( I locked my phone in when I checked out, my mistake, but super quick and helpful)!

One of our favorite hotels in our 2-week visit in Italy! Conveniently located in Florence's lively Santa Croce neighborhood next to lots of eateries and shops, and about a 10 minute taxi ride from Firenze S. Maria Novella station. The staff was super friendly, informative, and amenable. Nice spread of meats, cheese, pastries, and fruits for breakfast, plus fresh juices and a friendly barista. Our room was very clean with modern amenities (hair dryer, huge shower head, even mood lights!). Not...

This is an amazingly memorable place to stay and experience. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night but of course the 4-5 flights of stairs to get there and then several sets more within the apartment would have precluded easy coming and going. We loved the views, the historic feel, and the comfort. Great shower, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen and multiple sitting areas. We did not have wifi while we were there but that seemed to be a wider outage? Could have watched the sunset from the...

The keyless entry system was new to me. I was apprehensive about it first. It took getting used to, but once I familiarized myself with the code and the system, I thought it was better than having a physical key.
The receptionist, Julie was excellent. She was very helpful in navigating my way through the downtown area, she knows Florence very well. She advised of the best restaurants to and what places to explore. She was very patient and pleasant. The breakfast included was light and good. The...

Comfortable hotel off the beaten path, but still close enough to get to sights easily enough. Restaurants, bank, small grocery store all close as well. Staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!
