"Paradise in the middle of Panajachel. Hotel is on Calle Santander where all the action is. Tons of shopping and restaurants. An easy 5 minute stroll to the lanchas. The best part is the hot springs tub on the hotel grounds. Hotel grounds are well kept and great security and hotel staff. Stayed here with kids and they have a little play area with swings. "

"Lovely friendly staff, 24 hr front desk. Clean charming property. Might be good to know beforehand that, as with many old places in Antigua (and Guatemala in general), your toilet paper is not flushed, it goes in the bin. A little odd if you are not used to it. We had baggies with us but none were provided. That would be the only negative critique. Nice hotel with good eating deals at sister properties. Pablo overnight is great at his job!"

The landscaping was beautiful and I enjoyed the free coffee offered. The hotel is about a 3 in walk from the Arco de Santa Catalina. My room was near the stairs that take you to the terrace and the young people that were using were so loud running up and down and screaming. So just be mindful. "
