"I stayed over in the hotel one night, I had a superior room which was lovely. The facilities was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was very nice inside. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful whether you wanted a cooked breakfast, continental or cereals. It was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend."

"Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. We were attending a party at the hotel the buffet was excellent "

"We stayed as we had an event at the O2. This hotel had everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Good location."

"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."

"The staff were welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The cook didn’t mind making 2 breakfasts even though breakfast service was about to finish. Secure car park. Easy, short walk to the tube station making it convenient to travel to the O2 arena. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again and I would not hesitate to recommend. "

"When things go well it's easy to give a good review. Our first night of 2 the room smelt horrendous. The bathroom was clearly mouldy/damp and the bathroom door was left open. Told reception and they bought an air freshener can up. We closed door went to sleep and woke up to stinking room, clothes etc. informed reception and they moved room for 2nd night. 2st night shouldn't have happened but pleased to have it sorted. Not the cheap hotel it was."

"It was a disabled room although we did not need one. The fold down bars in the shower were very clogged up - not sure what with. Didn’t investigate too closely. "

"Extremely beautiful home inside. Very clean rooms with good ameneties (shower gel, tv, iron, plenty of plug sockets). The bathroom was very clean but would benefit from a reform in the next couple of years. Very quiet room. Only downside is that the restaurant is closed on Sundays which I hadn't realised so had to pop out for food. Would absolutely stay here again. "
