"Easy check in, no problems, from 2pm which is very reasonable. I asked if late check out would be available, but was informed I would need to ask in the morning, that is a bit of an inconvenience if you are planning a long lay in. It would be helpful to know the day before. The lock on my door was not working, a member of staff had this fixed straight away. "We stayed at The Lensbury before heading into central London. It was a beautiful, quiet resort. The grounds were like a fairytale. It is a fabulous location for visits to Richmond and bushy park. I felt very safe in the area with lots of dining and shopping places within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay again."
