"Hotel cared more about the people on their patio than people who are staying with them. I could quite literally hear everything that was happening as there were 15+ diners 10 inches from our hotel room window. Blasting music until midnight. People above us seem to enjoy dragging their chair back-and-forth till about 1 AM. TV did not work. No record player in the room. Charleston has a fun city, but do not stay here."

"Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. Ocean was less than a quarter mile and an easy path. Try to get a high floor to see the ocean from your room! Not a great view but makes you...

"Hotel was in a perfect location. Beautiful, clean but please for the love of god...stop installing barn doors on bathrooms. There is absolutely no privacy! The pillows were a downside as well. No support, flat as a sheet of paper! The pool was a little disappointing. Its small and maybe about 20 chairs at best, so you need to be there very early to grab a chair. It was pretty sad watching families with children not be able to get a seat so the kids could enjoy the pool. I would stay here again...
