"Beautiful grounds unlike any other. Renovated room was extremely spacious and perfect for our stay. Not sure if all the rooms are renovated but the room we received was even better than expected. Shuttle bus is also very convenient"

"Beautiful hotel in wonderful location. Very clean and well maintained. Pool area nice , but pool water too warm. Breakfast room was gorgeous and lots to chose from. I loved the proximity away from town a bit but still walkable. Views from pool were nice. Did not like some of staff who were a little snooty. I don’t respond well to attitude. I didn’t let it bother me and enjoyed my stay. Would happily return. "

"It was a good stay Though at the check in , I didn’t get the room I reserved and I was trapped in the ey. The elevator problem was quickly solved. And I was offered a good discount for the room issue."

"Location requires climbing steep stairs or road to go anywhere, view from many rooms obstructed by a wall of the balcony of the room to the right. Car has to be valet parked, expensive. Should advise this in website to stop people with any handicap however minimal from choosing this hotel."

"Good value for money - the hotel is in a great location for visiting Etna but is slightly too far up the hill to wonder into Zaffarena for dinner. Free and plentiful parking (in October). The room was clean, a decent size and balcony has an amazing view over the town towards the sea. There is a free minibar which is a nice feature, with lemonades and water to drink. "Location was close to town and the hotel provided a shuttle to Taormina town center. Private beach. Not easy to walk places. A ride was needed to go anywhere. Beautiful hotel. Dinner menu in the restaurant was limited and the only option near or at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Many choices. "
