After some less stellar hotels on a trip through Italy and an extremely long travel day, arriving here felt like a miracle between beautiful rooms with incredible views, great food at Brace, and the most welcoming team onsite. checking out was hard - we did not want to leave!!"

Our "superior" room was in a separate building across the entry courtyard from the main building. The bedroom was on the small side; no view of anything; in lieu of a normal bathtub there was a spa big enough to share with several friends (climbing in and out to shower was a challenge). "The place is a gem, service is personally handled and speak to Miriam who is a professional and splendid customer service person with serious experience. The food is excellent, location is very nice, just be aware it is on the right side of a Pizzeria where you have to climb up stairs. I did advise them to put a sign as there was no sign and you have to climb up some stairs it is on the top. Splendid hotel with a personal service that is hard to beat. Strongly recommend this hotel."

"In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. "
