"Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. "wonderful apartment - a real gem! 1 minute walk to city hall, on the street below the steps of the cable car. Old town within 5 min walking. Apartment in fantastic condition - fridge, air con, induction hob and plenty of utensils.
