"The service and accommodations at this hotel were truly excellent. It is one of the best experiences I have had abroad (I am from the U.S.). I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way. "

"My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in May 2025. The room was great. Our room had a view of the Thames and Big Ben. The hotel is walkable to Westminster Abbey and to the Tate Britain. The tube station was reasonably close. The only issue that I had was that I had accidentally overbooked my stay through Expedia for two more nights more than we needed. I tried to shorten my stay two weeks before our check-in, but the app indicated that it would cost me $600 to change/shorten my stay by the two nights. When I asked the staff at the hotel when we checked in, they gave me an email address that I could inquired about shortening my stay. I wrote to the email address given to me explaining my situation. The reply that I got was that since I had booked through Expedia, I would have to pay the full price. They did not offer anything in compensation even though I would be paying for two nights that I would not be using. I found it rather frustrating that both Expedia and Hyatt were unhelpful."
