"Great hotel! We booked the hotel Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again! "

"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. "Although hotel seems older, room was clean and very spacious. It was somewhat an apartment like. There was kitchen and a dining table but no cooking nor dining utensils and plates/bowls. But it was a nice surprise, as we didn’t expect the room to be that. Location was pretty convenient. Staff were friendly. A bit “odd” that there was a staff watching us at swimming pool. Understand that it was probably a lifeguard situation but seems a bit awkward to be watched all the time while swimming."

Easily walkable into town with lots of dining options there, as long as you get there early. (A few are open later). Ping pong table as well; and karaoke rooms (for a fee). We rented the private onsen for an hour for our family, since the kids were shy about using the public ones. "
