"It was a bit challenging getting suitcases up yo the front door but the hotel was in a great location."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The proximity to, and view of, the river, bridges, and ancient buildings was breathtaking. It was easy to walk to several authentic restaurants nearby. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the mornings was beautiful. My rooms (I stayed there on either side of a retreat in Ponte de Lima) were spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I return to Portugal."

"Loved our stay at the Moon and Sun! Location was great, we walked everywhere! The neighbor has lots to do and many great restaurants. The bar on the roof and welcome cocktail was awesome. But the best part was an amazing staff and great customer service. They helped us with activities, reservations, and transportation. Very friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent decision. The rooms were really clean, neat, cool, nice and new. The view was fantastic. There was a bit of nosie due to construction but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Very enjoyable. Martha at the reception desk is great, helpful and with great energy. I would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to go back in Porto."

"We had a lovely four night stay at this property. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful in every way especially with directions and restaurant recommendations. The day we checked out we were taking the train to Coimbra and they heard me expressing concerns about having to change trains after 4 minutes with our luggage with only 8 minutes to catch the next train. They asked to see our train tickets and recommended we go right to the second train station. The cost of the Uber was identical and if they had not given us that recommendation, it is likely we would not have been able to change trains in time. They had a restaurant on site that we didn’t end up using that it looks like a great option for breakfast or a meal in the evening if you didn’t want to venture out. Our room was well appointed and spacious. We found the location to be excellent and central forgetting to tours we had booked and to the main street for restaurants and walking. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we were back in Porto!"

"My room was at the end of hallway, so it was quiet. After a couple nights, the front desk called me if everything is ok with room. The room has electric kettle, small fridge and safe. It was in the very convenient area for pretty much everything. "
