"We were met at the property by Luis who was lovely and provided us with a lot of information about Porto. The apartment was lovely and well located. Could not have made a better choice in Porto!"

However, must note that apartment is located on stairs, so there was a lot of going up and down which may tire more than desired."

"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."
