"We really enjoyed our stay at Schloss. The view from our balcony was stunning, it’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and many stores/restaurants near by. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel has great amenities and very clean. "

The pool and spa area was unreal, and the perfect way to spend an evening! It was a short walk from the hotel to the train station, which was very convenient! "We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. On our 3rd night they only charged us token gesture of 50 franks per person which was really cheap. Absolutely amazing staff and policy of the hotel. Amazing spacious room with spa facilities at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are definitely an asset to this hotel. "
