"Good resort built in traditional way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A river/ lake on one side and sea on another adds to the scenic beauty. The resort is well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful."

Grounds are phenominal. I can honestly say that this hotel is over-staffed waiting to serve you immediately. I think employees outnumber guests. Never seen that before. You call and they show up instantly. Very responsive. Three restaurants with one right on the beach. Food is excellent but extremely expensive. Expect to pay more for food then for your room. The rooms are tired and need updating. The pillows are rock solid hard, just horrible. Bring your own pillows. If you ask hotel to call you...

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff who go out of their way to help you out.
Service at dinner and breakfast feels a bit on the slower side.
Buffet options start to appear to be the same after a day!

I would certainly go here again, and recommend this hotel highly.
The staff is very friendly and professional with a genuine propensity to help. The food was excellent. Deluxe room was decent size, and clean, but lacking a luxury feel, still a great value for the about you pay. Didn't get a chance to check out all other amenities, but decent WiFi and business center.

Friendly and courteous staff. Our room was clean and I loved the design of the closet that opened from both the hallway and from inside the bathroom. The wooden clothes hamper is also a very nice feature that I've not seen in other hotels. The only negative was a mildew/chlorine smell (possibly from the pool on the same floor?). Very comfortable bed.
The breakfast selection was wonderful and included plenty of Indian, Asian, and continental choices; excellent coffee and attentive staff.

Came back because we liked it so well the first time. Second visit in fact was even better.
Don't know why people say it's run-down. The furniture, bedding, bathroom, everything showed no signs of wear.

Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel

I was visiting the city for a visa interview and since I was going to be staying there for 3 days, I wanted to book a clean and convenient hotel. Residency Towers fit my needs perfectly and exceeded my expectations.
The location is very convenient - it is close to the US consulate and in the heart of the city. The rooms are excellent. They are very clean, have all the amenities you could possibly ask for and the staff is quite responsive to your requests for anything that isn't provided -...
