"There were no VIP options. When I asked for upgrade, I had to pay, and 1-hour late checkout was denied."

"The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"
