"This was a beautiful property. We felt very safe. They provided prompt and friendly service. The only downfall was the pol was closed during our stay and we were not notified prior to our arrival. We looked forward to the beautiful pool and bar, but sadly we were not able to experience it. However they did provide us with a pass to the Hyatt Regency, but their pool was very underwhelming. It did not have a bar, it seemed like an apartment complex pool. "

"The location of this hotel was excellent. Centered around the historic Zocalo in CDMX, accessibility to some of Mexico’s iconic locations were within walking distances. Public transportation (taxi’s, tour buses, Uber) was readily available. Already planning our next excursion to Mexico City and staying at this wonderful hotel."
