"The internet worked on and off half the time, the rooms all smell really musty even after switching rooms 3 separate times and each room all had their own issue. Some had slow drains, one had a toilet that didn’t flush too well, and the other one just had black grime built up near the shower corners. Most of the servers are nice and smile while there’s a couple that just doesn’t look happy. Food was probably the most disappointing part, I wasn’t fond of any of it "

"Went for my best friend’s 21st in march Amazing hotel, clean room, shower head broke 😂 but they fixed it right away, amazing staff and great food, 2 min walk from beach!! 4.5 stars for sure especially for the price!!!"

"At the time we arrived the resort agent at the check-in, Geicha, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She provided the most suitable room for my family. Furthermore, before arrival, she had already booked all restaurant reservations for us. Superior customer service!"

"The breakfast does not include drinks, you must walk to the restaurant it is not in the hotel. There were roaches in our room. "

"Enjoyed my time staying at Art Villa Hotel! All staff were very friendly and were able to address any needs/concerns. Only drawbacks were that there are no towels provided and the AC didn’t work too well. Other than that it was a great stay."
