"Booked a basic room over the weekend. Everything, including bathroom, was very clean. The bathroom door is just a sliding door (in case this is important to anyone). There was some muted noise from other guests but not too noisy even on the first floor. Staff was watchful and helpful. The hotel is also about a mile from a very big train station. "Excellent all round - We arrived an hour or so early and asked if they could mind our bags until check-in and they checked and said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early which was a great bonus. Room was great, air con worked great and breakfast was a great bonus - was expecting just warm bread etc. but had all that you need to create a lovely cooked breakfast. All staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. Will definitely be returning!"
