"The property is excellent, the food is great . The shake shack is the best by far. I’ve been here 9 times and always enjoy the trip . The bartenders and staff at the coral pool are the best! The staff at the Royal are just as great. The staff and servers at the kiddie pool are very rude ! The raised their voice when asked a question. They lack class! They do not compare to any of the other staff members at property. Very disappointed in their behavior. I’d like to talk to someone more about that...

"Tiolet tank flusher broken all week. Only 2 electric receptacles in the room. If we didn't bring multi plugs I don't know what we would have done. Better bring extension cords with you. Front desk couldn't help. The hand shower head had hard water all over it, which hasn't been cleaned in awhile... the safe had to be repaired. "There are not many choices in this area for all inclusive so we gave this place a shot. We checked in around 3pm after a very long day of travel starting at 5am. We literally got 0 direction or info on the resort. No directions to our room. The food. Nothing. Here’s your key…that’s it. We were a group of 6 with 3 rooms. We originally booked for 5 guests, they said we can add a 6th when we arrived. She checked all 6 of us in, gave us our room keys and bracelets and sent us on our way, so we...

"We had a great stay at Atlantis. We stayed at the Coral in a premium room. The room was clean and plenty of space for the three of us. While the rooms could use some updating it was fine for us as we spent very little time there; however, when we return we will probably stay at the Royal. The activities at Atlantis were unbeatable. The pools, beaches, slides, shops and restaurants were fabulous!! Majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful!"
