"The house was lovely, warm and clean. The only let down for us is that it wasn't clear that the house is right next to a very busy main road. Us country folk are not used to hearing cars zooming past at all hours. However, it was a good location for being able to visit many places of interest and not too far from Inverness. Thank you for the fresh eggs they were delicious and a lovely touch, especially when you could see the providers scratching around in the field. Definately free range."

"Impressed with everything! Location was very secluded but very easy to find and near enough to shops for any basic foodstuffs etc. Great walking with the dogs - we hadn't appreciated the history of Golden Retrievers starts in the area (our girls are rescue 'Goldies'). Were lucky with the weather too! Will be back!"

"Enjoyed a five day break at the cottage. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Only criticism would be that it is not clear from the listing the cottage is not detached- it's attached to a large working barn and courtyard area, where the workmen had their radio on loudly morning to early evening - which can be heard in the cottage if you open the window! Only a slight downside, but should be clear in the listing."

"Great place to relax and take outings in the area. Well supplied and clean. Would have been nice to have had a little more upfront contact with owner. We had to guess which cottage we were in, and we had to ask for the entry code. We loved the environment."
