Great place to stay. Room was clean, food was good, location was great.

Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Bathroom and room we’re very modern and clean, the only problem we have is the tv shows are all in spanish channel, we couldn’t find any english show! It would be a great place where English shows were also available or English versions were shown as well. Thanks for the modern updated room.

Great hotel and amenities close to the airport

We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.

The staff was pleasant. The room was basic had everything you needed. Walk in shower bigger than most in Europe. Perfect to spend evening before early flight.

Very spacious and clean. However not a lot of restaurants around in walking distance.

Best property for an overnight stay . Had free on site parking , clean , super helpful staff . Breakfasted was excellent , 20 Minutes drive to airport . It is value for money

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. Beautiful modern property located in close proximity to the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers. Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out. Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.

great hotel, clean, good location, but the heat was on when it was warm outside and I couldn't turn it off. I tried adjusting the thermostat and even turning on the air conditioning, but it just pumped out more hot air.

Was good value and we enjoyed the stay. Not quite 5 star but comfortable. Staff very helpful. Rooms are good and bed was great.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!
