"I had a friendly welcome and was upgraded to a better room. The ambiance of the location was excellent and the communal areas were furnished to an excellent level of quality. I was surprised to find an ironing board in the wardrobe but I was told that many of their guests stay for business meetings and want to look smart. Therefore, I was surprised there were no shaver points in the location. I get shaved every day, I don't iron clothes every day. Some of the windows had slipped slightly...
