"I liked the fact that they had a lift as well as stairs! It was very clean and quiet. The sign in and out procedures were very simple and straightforward. There was no restaurant on the premises but there were many eating facilities in the area. "

"The shower cubicle had no place for the soap or shower gel, this means you end up with soap and shampoo on the floor of the cubicle - suggest you put two shelves in the corner of the cubicle. The room doors are too heavy to close, this means there is noise from door banging - suggest you make sure doors close easily and put rubber seal on the door to reduce the noise when closing. The Hypnos beds are very good."
